.GXG .MID .SYX .ZIP Files, BOSS GT-10 Patches, GT-10 Librarian Version 1.00 Software

.GXG File Extension:

A BOSS GT-10 Librarian Version 1.00 software file type. The BOSS GT-10 Librarian Version 1.00 software is an application that allows you to manage your BOSS GT-10 (guitar multi effects processor) user-patches efficiently as a library on your computer. It is suited for collecting, organizing, copying, and re-ordering large amounts of data; and handles all of the data for all of the BOSS GT-10′s patches. In the BOSS GT-10 Librarian Version 1.00 software if you click FILE > OPEN you are able to open a .gxg (BOSS GT-10) patch file; If you click FILE > SAVE (or SAVE AS) you are able to save the patch as a .gxg file onto your computer; You can also save multiple (2 or more) BOSS GT-10 patch files into one .mid file by clicking FILE > EXPORT SMF > ALL DATA.

.MID File Extension (MIDI File):

Standard MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) file used by music authoring and mixing programs as well as MIDI hardware devices; contains music data, such as what notes are played, when they are played, how long each note is held, and how loud each note is played. .MID files are used to encode MIDI data into a standard format that is interoperable between different types of software programs and hardware devices. They may also contain controller data for a device. For example, a .MID file can be used to change instruments on a MIDI hardware device or modify sustain pedal information. .MID files contain attributes of music data rather than music data itself. They can be played back using software instruments that interpret this data.

.SYX File Extension (MIDI System Exclusive Message):

Contains raw MIDI System Exclusive (SysEx) messages; allows a computer to communicate with external MIDI-compatible devices, such as backing up patch data from a synthesizer (BOSS GT-10, GT-100, etc.) to a computer’s hard drive.

.ZIP File Extension (Zipped File):

File compressed or ‘zipped’ using Zip compression; a common type of compression in which every file in the archive is compressed separately; supported by most file compression/decompression programs including my favorite 7-ZIP.

BOSS GT-10 Patches by James Limborg are saved in all three file formats (.gxg .mid .syx) and then zipped into one .zip file. After I have received your PayPal payment for the BOSS GT-10 patches that you want, I will e-mail each of the BOSS GT-10 patches you purchased in a separate .zip file. You can then use the 7-ZIP program above (or your favorite Zip program) to un-zip the .zip file/files I sent you to get at the three (.gxg .mid .syx) BOSS GT-10 patch files. All 3 files (that come with each of my BOSS GT-10 patches) have the same patch-information. If you are using the BOSS GT-10 Librarian Version 1.00 software to transfer my BOSS GT-10 patches from your computer into your BOSS GT-10, then you will only need the .mid file that I sent you. Here is some information to help you transfer/install my BOSS GT-10 patches from your computer into your BOSS GT-10 and how to change the volume of my BOSS GT-10 patches.
