New Rock Guitar Instrumental, Melodic Rock - GUITARS 2011 by James Limborg

Started recording GUITARS 2011 by JamesLimborg.com

Yesterday (November 18th, 2008) I started the recording process for my

new melodic rock guitar instrumental I will title ‘Guitars 2011′. I recorded

myself playing the guitar parts, pieced them all together in the order I

liked best, reversed the guitar track and used some of the reversed

guitar parts inbetween my normal/forward playing, added compression,

delay, reverb, and limiter for your listening pleasure. I will do some

tweaking of this… and then start the recording process for the clean

electric and slow motion clean electric bass parts. I anticipate finishing

this one in a weeks time.

When making websites, it’s best to include the main keywords for

your website in your domain name… So I have created a new

domain name for my website JamesLimborg.com . I have created

a 301 redirect in my .htaccess file that will redirect both jameslimborg.com

and www.jameslimborg.com to my NEW domain name. I want to

personally thank everyone who has purchased my music at my

website, Apple iTunes, Amazon.com, Napster, Rhapsody, and

other places my music is available for sale. I really appreciate your

support of purchasing my indie pop rock guitar music, instrumentals and

songs. Soon I will be recording a new melodic rock guitar instrumental

More appearance changes to JamesLimborg.com

1. I used the image of my Guitars 2006 sheet music with guitar tab

and created a background image with it… You’ll see it on the left

and right sides of my website… and running along the top and

bottom areas.

2. At the bottom where I have links to the other music stores that

are selling my music… I added a custom background image to

that table area… A scene from my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

video… Moon shining down over the ocean… I added the cavalier

puppies floating on their lily pad to the bottom right… and added

the STARSHIP ENTERPRISE in the picture as well… One of my

favorite tv shows is StarTrek Next Generation. I had to change the

music store images from jpg to transparent GIF images so you can

see behind the images nice.

3. Made the letter ‘M’ at the very TOP of my website BIG and

in italics… Ads a little more creativity.

NEW AND IMPROVED JAMESLIMBORG.COM

1. Changed the names of the MIDDLE SECTION links so they

are easier to understand, added new link categories, moved

links into their respective categories.

2. Removed the links that were at the very top of the page…

because I already have those links at the middle and bottom

sections. This also brings the main body of the page closer

to the top nice.

3. Added new images to the bottom of the page for myspace,

youtube, amazon mp3, emusic, rhapsody, napster, groupie tunes,

lala.com, emusic… all with direct links to my music at those sites.

4. Added a background image of a beautiful nature scene to my

main (middle section) links… dressing up the links in that section.

5. Changed the title, description, keywords, and <h1> title text

to better match what my site is about.

6. Added a little information about me at the top of the page with

along with my new music podcast above that, both in a custom

white table which blends them together nicely.

7. Changed the colors of my Google Adsense ads to match the

white, gold, black color scheme of the about me/podcast section

I mentioned above.

8. Added a video player to the right side of my main middle section

links area… Mainly to fill in that area there on the right… After

adding more links and categories to the LEFT side… it created

more space on the right side… so I put a video player there.

9. Created a custom playlist at youtube to display the videos of

my choice in that new video player I mentioned above.

Guitar Instrumentals, creating GUITARS 2011

Tonight I made a video of what I have so far for my GUITARS 2011 Eddie Van Halen style rock guitar instrumental. I plan to record this someday soon… and this gives you an idea of what I will be recording. My recorded version will have some reverse guitar parts placed here and there as I did with my Guitars 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 versions. Here’s a link to the video

I included some telephone pranks, and recordings of me and my friend Billy Dexter when we were about 12 years old (1982).
